Kitchen Team Leader - Lead Service & Grow Toward Head Chef

Premier Inn Nottingham Arena (London Road) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place food orders and lead the team through busy services. You will own food quality and hygiene, working closely with the Hotel Manager to deliver excellent guest experiences.

This hands-on leadership role is designed to develop culinary skills toward senior roles, with a clear career path within Whitbread's UK hospitality network. 35 hours per week, up to £14.31 per hour.
