Kitchen Team Leader - Lead & Elevate Pub Kitchen

Stonegate Group's Ye Olde George in Christchurch is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader or experienced Kitchen Team Member ready to step up. You will guide and mentor the kitchen team, uphold high standards of food knowledge and safety, and ensure COSHH and H&S compliance across the brigade.

You will assist with food preparation, supervise in the Kitchen Manager's absence, manage stock and supplies, keep the kitchen clean, and contribute ideas to improve performance.
