Kitchen Team Leader - Growth & Training Path

Premier Inn Caernarfon is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen, manage rotas, place food orders and lead the team through busy services. You'll own food quality and hygiene, and work closely with the Hotel Manager to drive kitchen performance.

This hands-on leadership role will develop your cooking and management skills, with a clear path toward Head Chef as you grow within Whitbread's hospitality division.
