Kitchen Team Leader - Grow Your Chef Career

Premier Inn Carrickfergus is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive day-to-day kitchen operations, manage rotas, place orders and maintain audit-ready standards while working closely with the Hotel Manager.

You'll own the kitchen, supervise the team during busy services, control food quality and hygiene, and develop leadership skills toward Head Chef. The role is 30 hours per week with pay up to £14.31 per hour. Previous kitchen leadership and a passion for training others are ideal.
