Kitchen Team Leader - Grow Toward Head Chef

Premier Inn Lisburn is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day - managing rotas, placing orders, leading the team through busy services, and ensuring audit-ready standards. You'll work closely with your Hotel Manager to own the kitchen from food quality to hygiene.

This hands-on leadership role offers a clear path to Head Chef with training and development within Whitbread's UK hospitality business. The position is based at our Lisburn location in Northern Ireland.
