Kitchen Team Leader - Food Safety, Training & Growth

Wells & Co. is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at The Carpenter Arms in Cambridge. You will be highly self-motivated, with a positive attitude to learn and a commitment to delivering high standards of food, cleanliness and hygiene.

You will lead junior kitchen staff, manage food safety, assist with menu development, and help recruit and rota the team. Knowledge of allergens, portion control, and stock management are essential to maximise margins.
