Center Parcs Longleat Forest is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie for the Sports Café. You will lead daily food preparation, maintain high standards, and support management to drive efficiency.

You'll coach junior staff, monitor stock and portion control, and ensure the kitchen operates smoothly across 160 guaranteed hours over four weeks. The role includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
