We are looking for chefs all levels, who genuinely want to work and be part of a strong kitchen team.

• - Take responsibility and ownership of their work
• - Take pride in what they do and maintain high standards
• - Have a strong ethic and positive attitude
• - Support and respect the Head Chef and the wider team
• - Can work independently and use their initiative when required
• - Understand the importance of consistency, quality, hygiene and organisation
• - Are willing to step up, help others and take responsibility when needed
• - At senior level, can support the Head Chef and maintain the Kitchen's standards in their absence
