Kitchen staff

Working alongside our resident chef and manager in a fast-paced seaside cafe/restaurant on both hot and cold sides of the kitchen.

Once the experience of our kitchen has been gained you will be required to cover days off.

Schedule

We are open 7 days a week, therefore the role will involve working weekends and possibly some evenings for events. Shifts approx. 9-5:30.

Experience

A good knowledge of working with fresh ingredients and cooking from recipes (essential).

The ability to develop new menu ideas utilizing seasonal ingredients (essential).

Certificates in food hygiene (desired) - but not essential as training can be provided.
