The Role

• Support the kitchen team in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep kitchen and back of house areas clean, organised, and hygienic
• Assist with deliveries and stock organisation
• Dispose of waste safely and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
• Ensure high food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen porter or kitchen assistant experience is preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Flexible and available for temporary shifts
