Job Description

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + accrued holiday pay

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 2:30pm

Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (commencing week beginning 27th July)

NW Recruitment Services Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued manufacturing clients for a Temporary Kitchen Porter to support their busy on-site canteen.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for immediate work with consistent weekday hours in a friendly and fast-paced environment.

The role:

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play an important part in keeping the kitchen running efficiently by:

  • Washing dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
  • Assisting with basic food preparation when required.
  • Supporting the catering team during busy service periods.
  • Ensuring all health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
  • Helping with deliveries and stock storage where required.
