Dorian is looking for a hardworking, reliable and organised Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.

This is a vital role at the heart of the restaurant. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean, well-run and ready for service. You will be supporting a busy, high-performing brigade and helping ensure the kitchen operates smoothly throughout prep, service and close-down.

What you'll be doing

Washing and organising kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils

Keeping kitchen areas clean, tidy and safe throughout service

Supporting chefs with basic preparation where needed

Managing waste, recycling and deliveries correctly

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety

Ensuring cleaning schedules and kitchen standards are followed

Helping the team stay organised during busy services

What we're looking for

Previous kitchen porter or kitchen experience preferred, but not essential

A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude

Someone who works well as part of a team

Good attention to detail and cleanliness

Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy kitchen

Pride in doing an important job well
