We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. This is a vital role that helps keep the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Keep the kitchen, food preparation areas, and storage areas clean and organised.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required.
• Empty bins and ensure waste is disposed of correctly.
• Receive and store deliveries, rotating stock where necessary.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
• Help ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained.
• Support the kitchen team with general duties during busy service periods.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
• Previous experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
