El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City. We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heritage corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. We are proud to have been awarded a Star by the Sustainable Restaurant Association.

• Experience working in High Quality Restaurant kitchens in London
• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
• Organized and with great eye for detail, keeping all sections clean
• Following opening and closing procedures
• Hard working and dedicated
• Happy to help and learn a cuisine alongside a brilliant Chef team
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
