Key responsibilities of the Kitchen Porter will include:

• Washing and sanitising dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Assisting with the basic food preparation as directed by the chefs
• Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean, tidy, and free from hazards
• Managing waste disposal in accordance with our environmental policies
• Supporting the kitchen team with general tasks as required

The Ideal Kitchen Porter:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and high pressure kitchen environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
