We arelooking for a positive, enthusiastic Kitchen Porter who thrives under pressureand is looking to take the next step in their kitchen career.
As a Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team inensuring they have everything they need to operate the kitchen during a busyservice. Our Kitchen Porters demonstrate a 'we're all in this together' attitude, strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and enjoying working in a very busy work environment.
WhatYou Can Expect Your Responsibilities to Be- Support the Back of House team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
- Action anytasks requested by the Duty Chef or Duty Manager
- Be the face ofpositivity and motivation, bringing your best and most positive self atall times
- Undertakeregular training and always be striving for self-improvement
- Work to support a busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results
- Display a smartand professional appearance, always striving to represent Trading Post Coffee Roasters in a positive way
- Strongorganisational skills and the ability to quickly prioritise tasks
- Ability to useinitiative to problem solve and work well under pressure
- Dedicatedteam-player with an 'all in this together' attitude that enjoys working in a busy environment
- An effectivecommunicator and listener to instructions
