What you'll do:- Help the chefs to check, accept, and correctly store incoming deliveries
- Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly
- Assist chefs with food prep tasks if needed
- Work closely with the kitchen team and supporting your colleagues
- Maintain cleanliness across kitchen and service areas
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and COSHH procedures
- Clean equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and storage areas
- Monitor and record equipment temperatures as required
- Attend required training and meetings
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Previous experience working within a catering, hospitality or food service environment (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and clients
- A good eye for cleanliness and hygiene
- A team-first attitude and a willingness to pitch in
