What you'll do:

• Help the chefs to check, accept, and correctly store incoming deliveries
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks if needed
• Work closely with the kitchen team and supporting your colleagues
• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen and service areas
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and COSHH procedures
• Clean equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and storage areas
• Monitor and record equipment temperatures as required
• Attend required training and meetings

What you'll bring:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Previous experience working within a catering, hospitality or food service environment (preferred)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and clients
• A good eye for cleanliness and hygiene
• A team-first attitude and a willingness to pitch in
