Pay: £11.00 - £12.71 per hour (earn up to £13.50 with tips)

Role: Kitchen Porter

Hours: 45 - 50 hours per week (hours are negotiable)

Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and stocked throughout service.
  • Assist with basic food preparation as required by the kitchen team.
  • Receive and store deliveries, ensuring stock is organised correctly.
  • Dispose of waste safely and follow food hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Previous kitchen porter or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic with good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for manual tasks.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is a plus.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
