• Remove and clean all extractor fans and hoods
• Clean the exterior of refrigerators and freezers
• Descale and clean coffee machines and kettles
• Clean inside and behind microwaves
• Deep clean the dishwasher and its filter
• Deep clean floor drains

Surfaces & Fixtures

• Clean and disinfect all countertops, backsplashes, and sinks
• Clean walk-in refrigerators and freezers in the basement
• Clean the dry storeroom and pots room in the basement
• Wash the bin holder inside and out
• Degrease and sanitise walls and ceiling corners
• Scrub and polish stainless steel surfaces
• Deep clean and sanitise sinks, faucets, and drains
• Disinfect light switches and door handles

Floors & Storage Areas

• Sweep debris and use the i-mop machine to clean floors
• Clean and organise shelves and dry storage areasClean floor drains and grates

Waste Management

• Deep clean and sanitise bins inside and out
• Replace liners and ensure pest control traps are correctly placed
• Remove all rubbish and recycling
