This casual role supports chefs by keeping all areas clean, ensuring correct cleaning dosages, and maintaining COSHH compliance so the kitchen runs safely and efficiently.

You will carry out routine washing and waste disposal, help store chemicals separately from food, and assist in keeping back-of-house areas clear.
