Kitchen Operations Trainer: Lead & Elevate Multi-Site Teams

Wells & Co. Bedford is seeking a Kitchen Operations Trainer to develop and lead the capabilities of our multi-site kitchen teams across the UK and France. You will coach Head Chefs and General Managers, drive KPI performance and ensure menu execution, food safety and allergen compliance.

This hands-on role involves regular site visits, recruitment and succession planning, and delivering structured training programmes that grow our food business while upholding our family-values ethos.
