Kitchen Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Kitchen Excellence

Stonegate Group, the UK's largest operator of pubs and bars, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen at George Staples. You'll coach the team, uphold high standards of food knowledge and safety, and ensure COSHH and H&S compliance.

This role focuses on onboarding, staff development, hygiene, accurate scheduling, stock control, and collaboration with front-of-house to drive sales and deliver great pub dining experiences across our venues.
