Slug And Lettuce in Didsbury Village is recruiting a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, maintain high standards, and develop talent. You will coach staff, ensure COSHH, Food Safety and health & safety compliance, and align with Stonegate's service standards.

You'll hire and onboard, mentor your team, maintain hygiene, plan schedules, monitor stock, and drive cost control while collaborating with front-of-house to boost sales.
