Full & Part Time Flexible Shifts Damon's Restaurant is looking to employ full time Kitchen Manager / Supervisor Rates of Pay

• Assist management and running of shifts.
• Hours of work: Shift patterns cover morning, afternoon and evening.
• This is a fixed permanent rota so that you can plan and organise your free time. Overtime available.
• This job is available with an immediate start.
• Experience required.
• Damon's American style Restaurant is famous for its speciality ribs.
• We are located south of Lincoln City and share our site with Damon's Motel.

What we are looking for

• An ambitious cook to assist in the preparation of recipes.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing food ready for service
• Cooking food according to recipes
• Setting up work stations
• Responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and fully stocked ready for service
• Follow health and safety rules in the kitchen
• To be able to function in a fast paced busy environment
