Kitchen Assistant

Working as part of a team, to assist in the preparation and serving of residents meals and drinks to specific dietary requirements.

Handling and storing of foods in accordance with Food Hygiene Regulations.

Cleaning of work areas such as work surfaces, equipment, fridges, ovens and floors. Ensure storage areas are well organised, and cleaned following strict hygiene guidelines and regulations.

Wash crockery and cutlery and stack dishwasher.

Use cleaning materials in accordance with COSHH regulations.
