Kitchen Assistant

Kitchen assistant is responsible for assisting other kitchen staff like Cooks, Chefs, Supervisors or Managers.

• Clean the kitchen, shop for supplies, equipment and organise.
• Communicate with Kitchen Managers, Cooks and customers.
• Pay thorough attention to detail.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
• Have in-depth knowledge of kitchen safety and health regulations.
• Maintain excellent stamina to work long hours.
• Manage stress effectively and work under pressure.
• Collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate teamwork skills.
• Follow all instructions given.
