Heritage Portfolio are looking for talented and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistants to join the team based at our Central Production Kitchen in Leith, Edinburgh. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the kitchen team with the day-to-day preparation and smooth running of the kitchen, maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards, and assist with general kitchen duties to ensure service runs smoothly.
