Main duties of the job

As a Kitchen Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help to produce meals and create a fulfilling dining experience for every resident. This role is essential to ensuring residents receive a healthy, nutritious diet and first class hospitality. You will maintain high standards during food preparation, support colleagues, and enhance the overall dining experience.
