Kitchen & Bar Supervisor: Hospitality Lead (Evenings & Weekends)

The Octagon Theatre Trust Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen & Bar Supervisor to lead the food and beverage offer and enhance the visitor experience at the Octagon. You will work with the F&B Manager, balancing hands-on leadership with guest service across daytime, pre-theatre dining and events.

The role requires a proactive, customer-focused supervisor with experience in a fast-paced venue, strong hygiene standards and a collaborative approach to team development.
