Kinship Family Support Worker (Connected Carers)

South Tyneside Council is recruiting a Family Worker to join the Connected Carers Kinship Team. The role focuses on providing timely packages of support to children and connected carers, enabling stable caregiving arrangements and child-centred decision making.

You will work in a multi-agency context, develop partnerships and contribute to planned interventions while maintaining robust support networks for connected carers. An enhanced DBS disclosure is required.
