Job Description
  • Therapeutic Work: Provide individual and family-based psychological therapy for children aged 2-15. Focus areas often include developmental challenges, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, social skills, and attachment-based issues.
  • Developmental Focus: Apply relationship-based, play-based models such as DIR/Floortime to foster emotional and developmental growth.
  • Assessments: Conduct psychological assessments and developmental screenings as needed.
  • Family Support: Engage, coach, and collaborate with parents and caregivers as part of each child's therapeutic journey.
  • Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Participate in regular weekly supervision and team case discussions with other psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech/language therapists.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and assessment reports.
