The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
What You'll Do- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Operate register/point of sale systems.
- Fulfill omni channel orders.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, brand awareness, while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
- Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 16 hours per week.
- Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays.
- During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support business needs.
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience required.

Pending completion of 90 day probationary period.
Starting rate: £15.10 per hour. Pay may be adjusted in the future.
