Key Account Service Coordinator

Location: Coatbridge, Scotland depot or Sittingbourne, Kent depot

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Arrange and book machine service appointments via telephone and email
• Create customer invoices and provide customer updates on works completed
• Control of depot parts stock including allocation to service jobs and customer sales
• Allocate work schedules to the service team
• Work alongside the sales dept on the preparation of new machines
• Submit warranty claims following completion of works

What we expect from you:

• Ability to provide tailored customer service/upselling to a varied customer base, providing regular communication updates
• Strong team player who is willing to support their colleagues with additional tasks when required
• Ability to work to own initiative in a fast-paced depot environment whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
