Key Account Manager - Fluid Control Solutions

Territory: Connacht - ideally based in Galway

Salary: €55,000 - €75,000 DOE + €5,000 - €10,000 Bonus Company Car Pension Laptop Mobile Expenses

The Role:

This is a Key Account Manager position covering the Connacht, with a focus on managing and growing key strategic accounts across the life sciences, semiconductor, and manufacturing sectors. This is a solution-based technical sales role, dealing with complex, high-value projects and long lead times.

You'll work closely with design engineers, project teams, procurement, and senior decision-makers to develop technical solutions tailored to each customer's process requirements. You'll be supported by a strong internal team and a company culture that places heavy emphasis on customer service, technical support, and long-term partnership building.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven track record in technical or solution-based sales, ideally selling into life sciences, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand fluid systems, valves, fittings, and similar engineered components
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles and developing projects from concept to completion
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage key relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Based in Republic of Ireland, with flexibility to travel nationwide as required
  • Full clean driving licence
The Package:
  • Base Salary: €55,000 - €75,000 (DOE)
