Aligro is an independent Swiss family business, consisting of more than 14 sales points in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland. Account Manager Responsibilities: - Acquire new PRO clients and develop the business volume of existing PRO clients. - Analyze and improve work processes. - Be the privileged contact for PRO clients externally. - Participate in VIP events and contribute to enhancing the client's image. - Present and develop Aligro's image externally. - Contribute to managing sponsorship requests. - Ensure impeccable service quality. - Energize sales through calling and direct contact with clients in the market. Your Profile: - Proven experience in expanding and developing a client portfolio, particularly through active prospecting (calling and direct contact with clients) and great availability for service and advice. - Dynamism, rigor, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility. - Excellent time and priority management. - Mastery of tools including Access, Excel, and complete proficiency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
