Junior Systems Administrator - London
We're looking for a Junior Systems Administrator with around 2-4 years' commercial experience to join our technology team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their infrastructure, cloud and systems administration skills within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure and business systems
- Administer user accounts, permissions and Microsoft 365 environments
- Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting technical issues
- Support server maintenance, updates and infrastructure projects
- Assist with automation and Scripting activities
- Work closely with senior engineers on system improvements and upgrades
- Maintain technical documentation and support procedures
Requirements
- Around 2 years' experience in a Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Support or similar role
- Experience supporting Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of Active Directory and networking fundamentals
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Basic Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
