Junior Sous Chef: Path to Kitchen Manager in Global Cuisine

The Ned in City of London is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team. You will help lead daily operations, supervise food preparation, and help maintain The Ned's high standards of quality and presentation across one of our kitchens.

Reporting into kitchen managers, you will develop your people-management skills, recruit and onboard new team members, and coach staff to deliver outstanding dishes while upholding strict food-safety and hygiene practices.
