Junior Sous Chef: Lead Kitchen & Craft Menus (Flexible Hours)

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for our Belfast operation. You will prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty, while training junior staff and helping develop new menus under the guidance of the sous and head chef.

Maintain strict food hygiene, health & safety compliance, monitor portions and waste, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
