Junior Sous Chef: Lead a Busy Kitchen & Craft Memorable Dishes

Itison is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for Sloans in Glasgow. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, lead the team, train staff, and maintain high standards to ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests.

You will also manage costs, budgets, KPIs, and rotas while ensuring food safety and health & safety compliance, helping drive excellent outcomes and memorable events at Sloans.
