Junior Sous Chef: Growth & Fine-Dining Kitchen

The Berkeley in London is seeking a Sous Chef to support the management of all food production for our guests across the hotel and events. You will help supervise preparation of daily dishes and banqueting, check deliveries and liaise with Purchasing to maintain quality.

You'll motivate the brigade, help ensure outstanding service and adherence to LQA standards, and work with the Exec Chef to deliver memorable guest experiences.
