As a Junior Sous chef, you'll lead your station and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensure the highest quality food and maintain a 5-star hygiene rating, help with stock control, ordering, and deliveries, mentor your team and develop your leadership skills under the guidance of senior chefs!
