Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their award winning Country Dining Pub & Restaurant serving all fresh food to customers in the Daventry & Banbury area. They are looking for a candidate who can produce high quality food for customers and deputise and lead the brigade in Head Chefs absence. The pub cooks to 2AA rosette level and is an excellent career opportunity working alongside a talented Head Chef

Salary & Benefits

The Sous Chef Role

• Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
• Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Modern British Menu
• Managing and developing a motivated Brigade in Head Chef's absence
• Maintaining Hygiene & Safety Standards

The Person

• Already working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
• Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to good standard
• Calm Personality
