We are currently recruiting for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade in a second in command role, helping to deliver exceptional dishes using the finest local and organic produce, including award winning meats and cheeses sourced directly from the estate's own farm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a 2 AA Rosette standard kitchen, focused on high quality seasonal cooking and a strong farm to table ethos.

Our client is a luxury estate in Chichester with multiple food and beverage outlets, delivering a refined dining experience built around exceptional estate grown and locally sourced produce, operating to 2 AA Rosette standards.
Person- A strong track record working in a high quality fresh food kitchen
- Experience within 2 AA Rosette or similar standard establishments (preferred)
- A passion for working with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
- Ability to work well within a team and support senior chefs
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for the industry
- Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential
