Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of Exclusive Collection, is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef for Themis Restaurant. Join a Michelin-starred, luxury hotel and spa team to help shape and deliver a fresh, high-quality dining experience that complements the spa journey.

You will support the Head Chef, develop seasonal menus, maintain food standards, mentor the kitchen team, and ensure HACCP, food safety and health & safety compliance.
