Junior Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen, Great Perks & Growth

Cosy Club Cardiff Bay is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade. You will cook and prepare dishes from fresh ingredients in a high-volume environment, while leading the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence.

You will foster strong communication between FOH and BOH and uphold brand standards across our branded and independent concepts. We value organisation, reliability, and a proactive approach to teamwork, with opportunities to develop and progress within the Cosy Club/Cardiff
