Junior Sous Chef - Lead Creative Kitchens at Scale

Sodexo is seeking a Junior Sous Chef at Shrewsbury School to lead a large, diverse catering operation serving around 2,200 pupils and staff across multiple environments. You will work with the Head Chef and management to uphold exceptional food and service standards, and to develop and lead a kitchen team in a dynamic school setting.

You will oversee food production, provide leadership, and bring creativity to the offer while maintaining quality and safety standards.
