Junior Sous Chef - High-Volume Kitchen & Great Benefits

Cosy Club Bath is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for full-time hours. You will cook from fresh in high volumes and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence, while communicating across FOH & BOH to maintain team cohesion.

Earn on target £17-£19 per hour, with base rate £13.50-£14 and a tron bonus £3.50-£5 per hour. Perks include two days off every six weeks, meals on shift, 50% off food and drinks from day one, Wagestream and a festive Christmas Day off.
