Junior Sous Chef - Craft Kitchen, 4-Day Week, Private Club

RB Holdings is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the Oswald's restaurant team in London. You will maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation, and work with the freshest seasonal ingredients to deliver culinary excellence.

The role offers a four-day working week, 7 shifts across Monday to Saturday, with bank holidays and Christmas closed. Salary is up to £40,000 per annum plus discretionary service charge, plus a range of employee benefits.
