Paramount Personnel is recruiting for an experienced sous chef to join its brigade at a picturesque Restaurant venue in the Padstow area. Working in a fast paced kitchen, the successful junior sous chef will be well experienced in catering for events, as well as being familiar with a fine dining setting. The successful sous chef will have at least 3 years of experience in a sous chef capacity, working within a similar setting.

Sous Chef responsibilities to include;

• Work closely with the Head Chef, ensuring smooth running of kitchen operations.
• Instrumental in menu development, ensuring the high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency across all events.
• Training, motivating and supervising junior chefs, maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.
• Managing inventory, minimising waste and strictly adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations.
