Junior Service Advisor - Train & Grow in Customer Care

Sytner Group's Mercedes-Benz of Teesside is seeking a motivated Trainee Service Advisor. You will handle inbound and outbound booking calls, schedule customer bookings, and support service advisors to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You'll learn through our in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer training from Mercedes Benz, developing strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach as you liaise with technicians to monitor progress and advise on our products.
